Choose one of the longer numbered folders Then go pfx/drive_c/program files (x86) If you see a folder for epic games or the launcher, delete the entire long numbered folder from the compatdata folder. At least I've removed them and was able to reinstall the launcher to fix issues I've had.
Trying to reinstall Epic Games Launcher. Previously installed on 2nd HD (E:) which died. Unsurprisingly I can't uninstall it because the drive doesn't exist. Where X is the invalid drive. This associates drive X with the C drive, if you look under This PC you should see drive X. Now just run the Epic Games installer and select to uninstall the launcher. Next run this command to remove the association: subst X: /D. Finally run the installer again to install the launcher.
