Gift Card Balance. Hello, I would like to check my gift card balance. I tried to do it over the phone but it kept asking for a 16 digit number. My card has a 19 digit code with a 4 digit pin. There is also a barcode with a 13 digit code beneath it.

Do better Sephora, it's obviously fraud and seems to happen often with your gift cards. 05-29-2024 10:18 AM. It’s a joke, they are telling the same thing. “Go to the person who bought it”, well they gave me the authorization receipt but it’s useless when they it still reports a balance of $0.

Hi idk if Sephora is a scam or if their customer’s information/accounts have been compromised but I uploaded a $50 gift card that I was gifted to my account that once showed the intended balance of $50. I have been saving my funds/cart for the vib sale and when I went to check out my card is now showing a 00.00 balance!

Hi there, I had recently received a sephora gift card as a gift, and as soon as I got it, I went to the account -> payments and credits section and successfully entered the card number and PIN code. It told me the card was worth $30, and I had not purchased anything using that money as I was going to save it.
