Data. The SPATIAL component is a computerized map of all land parcels and administrative boundaries in South Africa. It shows the relationship of every piece of land to those adjoining it. In addition other surveyed real rights such as servitudes and leases are also included in this map.

The Deeds Office is responsible for the registration, management and maintenance of the property registry of South Africa. To obtain a copy of a deed or document from a deeds registry, you must: go to any deeds office, pay the required fees, or request a search on the property online via DeedsWEB.
