Often, copying and pasting is your friend. It's actually quite a useful thing to do in any case, because then you aren't just reading, you are doing something physical in constructing and interacting with the translation document, and you are more intimately involved in the end result. Copy and paste into Word or Google Docs and then save as a PDF.
