There WAS a free PDF print driver available that did not require the purchase of any Acrobat product. This was before PDF integration was native to the Mac OS and eventually Windows. It is no longer the case. The people here saying they had a PDF print driver without owning purchased Acrobat product are correct.
Select Add a local printer. Check Use an existing port and select Documents\*.pdf (Adobe PDF) from the drop down. Click Next. Click the Have Disk… button. Click the Browse… button. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 10.0\Acrobat\Xtras\AdobePDF. Select AdobePDF.inf from the list, then click the OK button.
Of my Cloud Subscription I have installed only Adobe Acrobat DC and whilst this works and I can open word and Print to Adobe PDF I do NOT have an Adobe PDF printer listed in Device and Printers. I have uninstalled (3 times now in total) Used the cleaner. Installed using both the Cloud Console (This appears to the 64 bit version)
Inside "Print Servers" > Inside User > Click on Drivers. Right Click on "Adobe PDF Converter" and Delete the same (repeat the same for all versions) Goto "Printers" > Remove "Adobe PDF" printer if present > Close the window. Re-Start the system. Add Adobe PDF Printer by following the steps mentioned in above comment.

Indeed, the actual Acrobat Pro 2020 installer faultily sets the printer port to "COM1" instead of "Documents\*.pdf".
