Re: "Linkedin Learning" app for Roku? It sounds like the problem is with the channel (or lack thereof) not the device. Consider it like this, Microsoft Windows is the O/S, but if software like Photoshop or Quickbooks doesn't work, you wouldn't contact Microsoft about it.
I’ve used my iPhone app for 2 years, but recently it won’t connect to the tv. What I have to do is take the remote and go into the tv network settings and either cycle connection to the WiFi, or click test connection - then my app will be able to find the device on my network. My only recent change is I got 2 Roku wireless speakers.

@nicole01, you remove an app by highlighting its icon on the Home Screen and pressing * on your Roku remote. No. When you exit an app or press Home on your remote the app is effectively killed. When a screensaver runs, the current app may continue running in the background, although its execution is mostly suspended. Other than that, Roku devices can't run two apps at the same time.
I cannot believe Roku is comfortable selling these streaming sticks that overheat when you use them. Mine overheats when streaming 4K content. It is the only device plugged into the side of my TV in my cold basement. There is nothing to do on my end to prevent this except not watch 4K. Way to deceiv...
